Individual counselling sessions are usually on a 1-to-1 basis    are 60 minutes long and are held weekly, although this is    tailored to suit the needs of the client.  I also offer phone    counselling and online counselling via video call.   

 

 I believe counselling should be accessible to everyone and    so allocate 25% of all my client work to be concessionary    sessions at negotiated fees for those clients on low income    or social benefits.

 I also offer an initial consultation so that we can meet each    other,  explore your expectations of therapy and answer any   questions you have.  From there you can see if  it's for you.

 Consultations are £25   

 One-to-one sessions (face-to-face or video) are £50. 

 Reduced fee / concessions are negotiable to suit need.

 My private practice is held in private counselling rooms on    Micklegate, in Selby town centre, located close to the train   station. There is car parking outside and I'm easily   accessible  by the  405, 407 and  X45  bus services.
